We’ve introduced the HydroVac Employee of the Month award as a way to give members of our team a good pat on the back when deserved. Winners are chosen if they demonstrate the attributes we stand for at HydroVac, which are:
- Punctuality: Arriving to work on time and for jobs- Attendance
- Quality of work: Work is completed accurately
- Communication with the team and management
- Full understanding of equipment use
- Job notes completed fully and accurately
- Positive attitude towards work, customers, and teammates
- Appearance: Always wearing a clean and tidy full uniform.
