Like this amazing feedback we received from Lance Cheshire after our team helped him with the substantial job of cleaning up flood damage to his property. This included a large volume of water and debris that had washed beneath his house.
“I am writing in regard to the HydroVac team you sent out to my property last week that included John, Toto and Malachi.
I had been waiting on another company for 6-7 weeks to sort out the hideous aftermath of three huge rain events that hit Auckland and other parts of NZ in January, February and April, so it was fantastic to actually get things rolling.
When the HydroVac truck arrived at my property, the team went about the business of removing the toxic waste immediately. It only took them about 20 mins to fill up the truck with 8,000 liters. The second load included another 4,000 liters of water and sludge.
After the water was dealt with, Malachi and Toto began the internal cleaning – spraying down the clay and the wooden pylons. After the sludge had been washed into the vacuuming hose the guys jumped down under the joists to remove by hand what was left – mostly rubbish that had been washed there in the floods. There were about 20 bags of rubbish.
Toto and Malequai also cut back some of the grasses bordering the edge of the north side of the property to gain access to the last of the human waste…
