We’ve had a bit of a shift-around at HydroVac’s West Auckland office. Previously, we had separate customer service teams for each division but to deliver better service to our customers, we’ve recently created a centralised customer services team.
Led by Caroline Crann (who you’ve probably dealt with if you’re a HydroVac wastewater customer), the new customer services team is better set up to answer customer calls, emails and queries faster.
As a result, you can expect to get the appointments and answers you need, for any HydroVac service, quickly and efficiently.
This move is also a positive for the five members of the new customer services team – it’s added some variety to their roles and they’ve enjoyed upskilling in the various services so they can better help you, the customer.
